Remove PDF pages

Everything you did not remove is written out as a new document. Blank sheets from a scanner, duplicate pages and internal cover sheets are the usual targets. The file you started with is left alone.

How to use it

  1. 1 Add the PDF and view the page thumbnails.
  2. 2 Click the pages you want removed, or enter their numbers.
  3. 3 Confirm the remaining page count is what you expect.
  4. 4 Download the trimmed document.

Formats this tool accepts

Questions about remove pdf pages

Is the removed content really gone?

The pages are not carried into the new document, so their content is not in the file you download. That is a genuine deletion rather than a visual hide.

Does removing pages make the file smaller?

Usually, though not always proportionally. Shared resources such as embedded fonts stay in the document as long as any remaining page uses them.

Can I undo it?

Not inside the downloaded file, but your original PDF is unchanged on disk, so you can start again from it at any time.

Are my files uploaded to a server?

No. The whole thing runs inside the browser tab you already have open. Your file is read straight from your own disk, worked on there, and handed back as a download. Nothing is sent anywhere, nothing is stored, and there is no account and no queue.

Does it work offline?

Yes, once the page has loaded once. The engine is cached by the browser, so you can turn off your connection, reload the page and keep working. That is a useful side effect of doing the processing locally rather than a separate offline mode you have to enable.
